This relaxing session will focus on an area of your choosing – physical, mental, emotional. We will access the grounding energies of the earth to help you be more relaxed, calm, focused, and centered in your life. Recipients of this session report feeling refreshed and able to face challenges with grace.
Just as it is good for us to receive at least monthly massage and acupuncture to support our physical well-being, it is great to have a monthly crystal healing session to support all aspects of our life. This is a very calming and nourishing session.
