Meditation Sessions

I have been to Karla for meditation sessions a handful of times now. She is such a joy to be around and has so much experience, knowledge and passion behind what she does. Every time I leave a session, I feel like I learn something new about myself. With Karla’s coaching I have been able to recognize my strengths and weaknesses and employ bits and pieces of her practice into my daily routine. This week I learned ‘moving meditation!’ I truly believe that there is not one person who wouldn’t benefit from the services she offers. So if I had it my way, I would send EVERYONE her way!
